Payment is expected upfront on the first day of care or before. Payment can be made in cash, PayPal or Cashapp.

Yes, I am fully insured through Pet Sitter Insurance for the care, custody, and control of cats. This provides peace of mind that your pets are in safe hands.

While I specialize in cat care, I do accept dog clients by referral only. My primary focus is on providing the best possible care for your feline friends.

Yes, I can administer pills, ointments, and drops. However, due to past experience, I no longer offer insulin injections.

My visits are not timed. The bare minimum for a visit is 30 minutes, but they usually last much longer. The length of each visit depends on your cat’s particular needs.

Yes! I provide regular updates with photos and detailed reports after each visit, so you can stay connected with your pet even when you’re not home.

Yes, I prefer to meet with you and your cat(s) before the first scheduled visit. This allows me to get familiar with your pets and home, and it ensures we’re all comfortable with the arrangement.

In case of an emergency, I will contact you immediately. If veterinary care is needed, I will transport your pet to the specified vet or the nearest available clinic, depending on the situation.

It’s best to book as early as possible, especially during peak travel seasons like holidays, as I fill up quickly during these times.

You have three options for key management:
A lockbox can be used
Keys can be picked up and returned after services are rendered
I can securely store them with my other keys in a safe at my home.

In the event of snow, it is expected that the driveway and walkways of your home will be plowed and cleared. This ensures I can safely access your home both by vehicle and on foot. Proper snow removal helps prevent delays in service and ensures the safety of everyone involved, including your pets.
If your home is not accessible due to snow, additional fees may apply for rescheduling or canceling the service.

PAYMENT
Manitowoc Cat Sitting currently accepts Cash, PayPal or CashApp payments.
CANCELLATION
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to accommodate your needs while ensuring that our business remains sustainable. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Notice Period:
• 14+ Days Before Service Start Date: You’ll receive a full refund of any prepaid amount, or no fees will be due if not prepaid.
• 7 - 13 Days Before Service Start Date: A 50% refund of the total service cost will be issued. If the service was not prepaid, 50% of the total fee will be due.
• Less Than 7 Days Before Service Start Date: No refund will be issued. The full amount of the service is due.
Emergency or Extenuating Circumstances:
In the event of an emergency (e.g. medical emergencies, natural disasters), please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a cancellation fee waiver or a credit for future services on a case-by-case basis.
Illness of Pet:
If your pet falls ill and you need to cancel, please let us know. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, we may offer a partial refund or credit for future services.
Deposits and Prepayments:
Please note that any deposit or prepayment is non-refundable if you cancel within the specified period before the service start date.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your service, you can do so without a fee if you contact us at least 7 days before the start date. For rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the start date, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost will apply.
Repeat Cancellations:
For clients with repeated cancellations, we may implement a stricter policy or require a higher deposit for future bookings.
